Free Standard UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend required. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2–4 business days via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service (DPD).

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents. The sender name on the parcel will appear as a neutral name — so your purchase remains completely private.

Yes. All transactions are processed under our registered company name, and there’s no mention of our product categories.

What is the 2-hour delivery service and where is it available?

Our express courier partners deliver within two hours in most London postcodes. At checkout, you’ll see if your address qualifies. You can enter your postcode into the lookup on the home page to check availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — for now, we deliver across the UK only.
